2. Product Description and Licensing
2.1 YetiTech develops and sells Unreal Engine plugins (“Products”) designed to enhance game development workflows.

3.3 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase, except in cases of demonstrable product malfunction.

4. Product Support and Maintenance
4.1 YetiTech provides:

Basic documentation for each Product
Email support for licensed users
Bug fixes for critical issues
Compatibility updates for major Unreal Engine releases

4.2 Support does not include:

Custom implementation assistance
Development of features specific to individual user projects
Troubleshooting unrelated third-party plugin conflicts

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Products, including source code, graphics, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of YetiTech Studios Pvt Ltd.
5.2 Users may not:

Reverse engineer the Products
Remove or alter copyright notices
Claim ownership of YetiTech’s proprietary code

6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Products are provided “as is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2 YetiTech guarantees Products will substantially conform to their documentation at the time of purchase.
6.3 YetiTech’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7.2 No personally identifiable information is collected without explicit user consent.
